Islamic Center Exposes Mixed Feelings Locally

It is interesting to me that we are engaged in social networking online and we are still hateful towards people that are different. It does not make any sense at all. We live in an age of globalization due to the Internet and social networking.

There is no reason to be so divided while at the same time we are communicating with so many around the world. To call this a giant contradiction would be a complete understatement. It is like parents allowing their children to ride the family car (with a drivers license) and not allowing them access to the keys. Social networking online is growing and growing faster and faster with not end in sight. How can we communicate with so many around the world and stop at the gates of life with hatred over something like this?

It is obvious this is a religious issue. Who is doing more in blocking this Islamic Center? The radical mixed up Christians that does not know hardly anything of their own Doctrines.

Here are just a few of many verses in the Christian Bible that talks about love and how important it is to do on a daily basis. What love is being done by these “so called” Christians?" By the Constitution of the United States of America, this country is NOT and I repeat NOT a Christian nation!! It is a melting pot of many, many things, including religion.

This is a historical moment in our history. That is why this posting is in this blog. Each and everyone of us is responsible for human history. Our day-to-day actions effect history. In 70 years or more some child in a history class is going to read about this day and come to realize how childish Americans in the early 21st Century acted. The shame of it all! The degradation of American evolution. Instead of uplifting September 11, 2001 with love and tolerance, we are adding more hate to the fire.

Due to this, we are not hardly a nation that represents Christianity. Hate is not taught anywhere in the Christian Bible. Just the same we hear hate from every day Christians from all walks of life. This is not how Christians are suppose to act, nor is it how Americans are suppose to act.

If we realize it or not, we live in a globalized interdependent world. The social networking that we all partake in today was not forced upon us by government. We did all of this by our own freewill. There is not time in human history that mankind has communicated so much around the world. This human bonding is getting stronger and stronger. Now it is up to all of us to remove more of the barriers like this one so we can be one human race.

This task as you may see will not be easy. Since 2000, we have started communicating with one another. Now in 2010, we can break down the barriers of religion, race, and all the rest that is keeping us from growing as individuals and a human beings.

The Declaration of Independence

This wonderful and profound document was written on July 4, 1776 by the most eloquent writer of human history. We have freedom in the United States of America to this day because of this document and the one that followed it like a five o’clock shadow, The Constitution of the United States of America.

Spite what Thomas Jefferson wrote, not all Americans were treated equally. Slavery lasted over a century longer with racial suppression against black Americans that went on till the 13^th and 14^th Amendment of the Constitution of the United States was enacted. Now everyone can vote and have the same rights with equal opportunity. The struggles of our liberties are constantly being tested to this day. The rights of minority are constantly being challenged.

This document tests our resolve on how we are to live in this century and beyond. There is one factor that Jefferson wrote all over the Declaration, the future. Living in the present cannot be done without focusing on the future for all Amerians. Our Founding Fathers had learned a great deal about history. They realized that this country must live by a republic form of government in order to have “life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.”

To rightfully describe what the Declaration of Independence was for Americans on July 4, 1776 is to describe what it means today. This document was not just written for Britain’s tyranny of that era, but for the people of today and all that will live throughout time itself. This document is speaking to all forms of government that over tax and make laws to suppress the freedom of every American. This document is more than winning our freedoms in the Colonial era, but to hold onto those freedoms for all time. If Jefferson’s mind was focused on the future, then we should at least follow in his footsteps.

What our Founding Fathers has done to win the freedoms we have today, it is up to us and our children to keep it. The Declaration of Independence spoke to King George. Who is it speaking to today? Who will it be talking to in years to come? Learning about history is ever so important, but living the future is why we learn it. The preservation of freedom is an ongoing challenge. If we live by this great historical document, we can allow the United States of America to live on for many more centuries.

That is why freedom can never be won because the battle rages on. We might not be able to reach perfection but we can constantly thrive to achieve it. That is what it is to be an American.

Thomas Jefferson was simply an ordinary man. He had weaknesses and strengths in life like everyone else in life. There is one thing that I very much admired about this man. He lost nearly all that was dear to him, but never lost his faith in the future. We all in the 21^st Century can learn something from this form of thinking.

Even though he wrote those mortal words that all men are created equal, he never freed his slaves. How can a man with great thoughts and dedication to Liberty for all do something like this? What is not being told is what would have happened if he freed his slaves. That is a stunning and wonderful achievement about this man. He knew the risk if they were freed. Slavery did not end after the signing of the Declaration of Independence.

This great thinker of humanity kept his slaves due to the fact they would have been easily taken and sold to another slave owner. In turn, they would have been treat worse than if they were under his care. No wonder he was the writer of the most important document of American History. What can Americans today learn from this powerhouse of a man that was called Thomas Jefferson? Who was this man?

If most boys that reached the age of 14 had their father die, they would have fallen in despair and live in that bubble. Jefferson was so intelligent nothing held him back in life. The more restraints the man was given the more he excelled. The biggest influence that Jefferson had was from John Locke. The mortal words, of the Declaration of Independence, were the same ideology that Locke strongly believed.

With the constant taxation from the British caused Jefferson’s resolve for Liberty, in the United States Colonies, built up the more. In 1774 the first Continental Congress was born, and Jefferson wrote the Summary View of the Rights to British Americans. What he argued over “Since the relation between crown and colonist were totally voluntary, Parliament had no authority over Americans.” He also said, “That God that gave us life gave us Liberty at the same time.”

John Adams said that he never heard Jefferson speak three sentences at the same time. The power of speech is to be silent most of the time. His power Jefferson had was from the written word which was the flow of his thinking. Pascal one said, “There are some who speak well and write badly.” Jefferson wrote exceptionally eloquently.

Adams got Jefferson to write the Declaration of Independence for three reasons: “One, you are a Virginian and a Virginian must be a leader of this business. Two, I, John Adams, is dislike and obnoxious. Third, you are ten times better of a writer than I am.” At this time, Jefferson was alone. He lost his mother that devastated him dearly, but he wrote the most important document in human history that is revered by all around the world to this day.

It only took him a few days to write it. Jefferson said “This document was the expression of the American rights.” From 1776 to the present day this document still stands not only for all Americans, but a guide for all human beings around the world. This is ignoramus power behind this one man and the written word. It allowed another great document to be written that has stood the test of time, The Constitution of the United States of America.

The most profound words still resonates to this day, “life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.” Think about these three for a moment. What is more important? How can these three words exist without the others? If one is dead, there is no freedom. Without liberty, there is no happiness in life. Tell me one person that was happy in being a slave?

Put yourself in the crowd of people when this document was read for the first time in human history. Now read it for the first time in the 21^st Century. What kind of effect does this document live on today? Is there a document that is over 200 years old that has made such an impact? Could we have the Constitution of the United States without

Throughout American History there has been no person or group of people that has surpassed this one historical figure. Spite his greatness, he was simply a man. He had more than his share of sorrows. The sum total of what America is today is the core of who was Thomas Jefferson. The Declaration of Independence is just the cornerstone of all that he has done for this great county. If this blog post were to hold everything that added up to what the United States of America is to this day because of this outstanding individual, the writer would not be able to stop writing it.

Thomas Jefferson was a silent figure. Only his written words spoke volumes. John Locke might have been able write this document, but he would not be as eloquent as we have the Declaration of Independence today. To know a man’s greatness is to see how well he writes. What would have happened if Thomas Jefferson did not write the Declaration of Independence?

From this one document, Jefferson was able to do more for this country. With a great foundation, the rest of the structure will be as strong. What this one man had written it has built what we have today, Liberty.

This man has to be one of the most inspiring icon in human history. Of course, his real name was Samuel Langhorn Clemens. I had recently watched the PBS special on this marvelous human being.

I loved to write when I was young. There is something in writing that allows me to be more than who I am. The more I write, I learn to be better than I could ever be while at the same time enlighten others. I will not know who I inspire or what an impacted I have made, but I still continue to write.

I have written stories, poems, and blogs on different subjects. My stories are Sci-Fi, but I strongly believe that they could fit on any genre. All I have to do is teak them to fit the back drop. The heart of my stories have what I believe to be as human in character as Mark Twain, but not even close to be as wonderful as he has done. We can only follow others. We cannot fit in their shoes or walk in their skins.

The human character is the heart of any story if it is fiction or not. If one truly lives one’s life, they will learn that fiction is an important aspect of reality. It only becomes fact if we believe and work hard enough to make it real. After all, that is the sum total of the American way of life. We have throughout history have turned science fiction into science fact.

In this television special on Mark Twain, I have learned that he had inspired individual Americans to live their lives to the fullest. To live to this type of enlightenment is not living in a linear ideology, but live beyond it. No one cannot grow by thinking inside the box. That would be far too easy and everyone could do it. This one man lived outside the conventional wisdom of his time.

What makes individual Americans is the freedom to live outside the norm. To live without any restraints is to live with perfect Liberty. We have our federal, state, and local government to help protect our freedoms, property, and way of livelihood, but it is up to us to live to the fullest of our lives. Without knowing it, Mark Twain inspired millions around the world. Now today, June 25, 2010, we revere him because we she the wonders in ourselves.

When we hear or read that children are the future of our nation, this is the reason why. It is not just Mark Twain, but he got us to see within ourselves the best of who we are in life. Religion can never pull this out of us. Clergymen are too much in the dos and do nots of what is being taught. We need restraints, but not to the point we lose our resolve.

If I did not have my restraints, I would not be where I am today. Freedom is not anarchy. To fulfill one’s life is to have the right authorities so we can test our resolve and be able to reach the next obstacle that is there to excel us to the next level of our lives. We are not alive on Earth to simple wake up, go to work, eat, and eventually go back to sleep to start the cycle over again. We are unique beings in the universe. We have the ability to reason and think beyond anything in existence.

Does that mean we all can become similar to this great man? Personally I cannot say. I can state this, and I have done so many times, “Where there is life, there is hope.” If we work hard enough and have the eye of the tiger, it is possible to go beyond the moon.

Mankind does not need to be recognized with the magnitude of this great man. All we need to do is be the best for our own lives, and the rest will fit into place. How many people that has made a difference in your life? They could have been a stranger on the street, a teacher, a friend, or a book that someone else wrote. Were these individuals famous before hand?

It is not all that hard to be the best in life. It is simply hard work done one a day-to-day basis. Nothing is done over knight. Anything worth having is never easy. Life is the most important thing in existence.

Mark Twain is a tribute to life being lived to the utmost and splendor. So far, Americans have done this very thing. Who will continue to carry the torch?

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

What does “All men created equal” mean? In life there is no such thing as “true” equality. There are people that have different skin color, different age, different sex, different eye color, hair color, and many more. Twins have some uniqueness to them. There is no two people that thinks alike. So what in the heck does “equality mean regarding this phrase?"

Would believe it is “equal under the law?” In the United States of America, you can be poor, moderate, rich, old, young, male, or female and have equal rights under the law. Even this does not fully describe what Thomas Jefferson wrote.

To have a government that gives out life completely and evenly to everyone does not describe equality. For a free society like the United States of America, we are not given handouts. We have to earn things the old fashion way, by earning it!

A utopian society cannot exist. The word utopia comes from two Greek words: UO meaning not and TOPOS meaning place. When you add the words together it becomes “no place.”

In life there will always be a mix of all different kinds of people. This does not mean people with a low intelligence cannot perform as good as someone with an higher intelligence. There are many people with a disability that has done wonders in life far beyond most average people.

In the United States of America, each and everyone is given opportunities to fulfill their own dreams. When the Declaration of Independence was signed and given to King George, it was simple stating that we have the right to be given freedom to fulfill our life’s purpose.

Our Constitution nor the Declaration of the United States does not declare everyone gets an equal share of the pie. That would not be fair for the hard working individuals to have to give up their property and other earnings to give it to someone else that is not willing to work just as hard for the same thing. To have the equality that is in our Declaration is by governing of authority while allowing the law abiding citizens to live out their lives in peace.

One cannot get life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness by government hand outs. Authority without freedom is tyranny. Freedom without authority is anarchy or chaos. Both authority and freedom must unite in a marriage like union for liberty to flourish.

Authority is suppose to protect the property of others. Laws are not designed to take things away from individuals that obey the laws of the land. “Stealing from the rich and giving it to the poor” was not reality. If it was real, then Robin Hood would be a criminal. He would be accused of being a vigilante. The end never justifies the means. There is no such thing as a justifiable criminal.

National Geographic December 2009: The Hadza. By Michael Finkel

I have stated countless times “we are far too dependent on technology.” After reading this wonderful National Geographic Magazine article, I have been proven absolutely right.

The way of life for these people has little difference than man lived 10,000 years ago. Are we really living any better? By learning how these people lived, we are truly learning from our history. Which is a better life, how the Hadza people are living now, or how the rest of the world are living? The true question that should be asked, can the rest of the world live in the bushes?

I can rightfully say, and to my shame, I cannot. I am far too dependent of technology. If the air conditioning fails in the house I live in, I could not stand to live in ultra heated house during the summer or stand the freezing temperatures during the winter. I am also on my computer for some reason or the other. I am either writing my stories, writing in my blogs, going on SecondLife, or some other thing.

There is nothing wrong in using technology to your advantage, but these Hadza people will never use any form of technology. While we in the civilized world try to make due in a power outage, they continue to live as they always do. While we struggle in our economic disasters, they continue on like nothing is wrong. While we on the average worry for one thing or the other, they continue to live in harmony in their own world, the bushes.

I for one love my life, and I love to be an American Citizen. The question I would like to ask, “What does it take to live as an American? Are we truly acting like our Founding Fathers designed this country to be?” I believe we are too set in our luxuries to truly care what it is to be an American.

We are far, far too soft to live a true life. We think when the power goes out for a few days everything has gone to heck. We would not have a clue on how to live without electricity or any form of modern technology. This is not stating by any means that we should destroy all modern technology and live in the wild. That would be very dangerous due to we would not have a clue on how to live without all that we have in our lives today.

This post is in my history blog for this reason, we can learn from history in the 21st century. It is not too late. We can still use our wonderful modern ways of life, but we need to realize that one day we can lose it all.

We cry in so many ways that we are depleting our natural resources, but we do not know how to use them. Many programs out there are talking about “living green,” but we do not know how to live within nature itself. Going camping for a week is not the same thing…far, far from it! If we were to leave our homes and live out in the “good ole out doors,” I do not think most could survive for a week. There is more to living in nature than singing songs.

Have we lost our humanity? It has nothing to do with technology in itself. We have lived healthier with modern medicine, but at what cost to our human lives. Being dependent to the modern way of life is not living better than the Hadzas. These people live as they have through many, many years while the rest of the world has grown through technology in one form or the other.

What have we gained from it? Thousands of years of war, famine, disease, and heartache of one kind or the other. The Hadza has never faced what modern man has faced. They might not have an educational structure, but they live together and one with nature. They might not have a Facebook account, but they know how to live peacefully.

This post is the measure to the dedication of freedom for all in the United States of America. We have freedom due to Military Victory.

In all we face in life it is due to the ones that serve in the Arm Forces of our great nation. Freedom is never free. Anything worth having is never easy.

Just the same we are free today as of November 11, 2009, and we will stay free due to the men and women that are in every military service.

We are Americans that hold freedom at all cost.

We are Americans that hold Liberty at all cost

We are Americans that hold all that is true and just.

Spite all that goes crazy in all direction in life, we hold onto what is right for all in this great nation that we call the United States of America.

We are free due to these 13 fallen.

I personally and dearly thank them and their family for their sacrifices. My God be with these families and the nation.

Under the Constitution of the United States and the Declaration of the United States, this has to be the most historical document for all mankind. It speaks of hope and prosperity for all around the world. This was what this blog is about, to record wonders of history. I can rightfully say, this is a very important historical document.

I know I could have waited to post the video of this speech, but I thought it would be best if I did not. Yes, we live in the age of multimedia. When it comes to remember historical events like this one, we have to be guided by our own understandings than by others. Like faith, we have to follow our own paths. It is for us to follow our own ideas.

Freedom is for all throughout. It is more then a given, but a wonderful and well deserved responsibility. If anything is worth having, then it is not easy, or free. Once we have freedom, it is for each and everyone of us to uphold that responsibility. We have the right to speak out with dignity and humility.

We can be angry and loud as long as we do it with a respect for all. Any disrespect, then our peak might be against freedom. In that case, we not only lost our freedoms for ourselves, but we demean freedom for all. Instead of freedom we have either tyranny or anarchy. Free speech is that important. It is not the right to free speech, but the responsibility of free speech.

The responsibility of freedom is to follow dreams of life. I have my dreams to follow in my life. Everyone has the right to follow their own dreams in their lives. Dreams are the spark to reality. It is up to each and everyone of us to live our lives to the fullest. This will be accomplished with a team. The humdrum of mindlessly thinking employment is dead and gone. I say good riddance. I am the one that thinks all the time. Even in my sleep, my dreams are a reflection of my thoughts.

Now after this historic speech by the 44th President of the United States of America, we all can think, think, and think to our heart's delight with hope and prosperity. The future is in our children's hands once more. The young are already using the technology of tomorrow. The jobs await have not been created, but they will take all of them. Today, history has been made. Now it will be up to us all throughout the world to carry this to the new horizons.

I hope I can see some of these wonders of tomorrow before I die. What I see in this historical document, there will be a good many wonders. How we all will go on from this point forward will be different before this speech. We will still see the unemployment dropping. We will still see the bills pile up. We will still see all that we seen before this day, but our lives have changed. That is how powerful this historical document is for all of us throughout the world.

The world did watch. The world will continue to watch the country that holds this 44th President of the United States of America. There is a reality of a messy present, but the future has a large light leading us to those wonders waiting for us to take for each human being on Earth. That is the power of the two most important documents in world history, The Constitution of the United States of America and the Declaration of the United States of America.

SOME OF YOU ARE NOT OLD ENOUGH TO REMEMBER THAT NEARLY EVERY FAMILY IN AMERICA WAS GROSSLY AFFECTED BY WW II. MOST OF YOU DON'T REMEMBER THE RATIONING OF MEAT, SHOES, GASOLINE, AND SUGAR. NO TIRES FOR OUR AUTOMOBILES, AND A SPEED LIMIT OF 35 MILES AN HOUR ON THE ROAD, NOT TO MENTION, NO NEW AUTOMOBILES. READ THIS AND THINK ABOUT HOW WE WOULD REACT TO BEING TAKEN OVER BY FOREIGNERS IN 2007.

Historical Significance

Sixty-three years ago, Nazi Germany had overrun almost all of Europe and hammered England to the verge of bankruptcy and defeat. The Nazis had sunk more than 400 British ships in their convoys between England and America taking food and war materials. At that time the US was in an isolationist, pacifist mood, and most Americans wanted nothing to do with the European or the Asian war.

Then along came Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941, and in outrage Congress unanimously declared war on Japan, and the following day on Germany, who had not yet attacked us. It was a dicey thing. We had few allies.

France was not an ally, as the Vichy government of France quickly aligned itself with its German occupiers. Germany was certainly not an ally, as Hitler was intent on setting up a Thousand Year Reich in Europe. Japan was not an ally, as it was well on its way to owning and controlling all of Asia.

Together, Japan and Germany had long-range plans of invading Canada and Mexico, as launching pads to get into the country over our northern and southern borders, after they finished gaining control of Asia and Europe.

America's only allies then were England, Ireland, Scotland, Canada, Australia, and Russia. That was about it. All of Europe, from Norway to Italy (except Russia in the East) was already under the Nazi heel.
The US was certainly not prepared for war. The US had drastically downgraded most of its military forces after WW I because of the depression, so that at the outbreak of WW II, Army units were training with broomsticks because they didn't have guns, and cars with "tank" painted on the doors because they didn't have real tanks. A huge chunk of our Navy had just been sunk or damaged at Pearl Harbor.

Britain had already gone bankrupt, saved only by the donation of $600 million in gold bullion in the Bank of England (that was actually the property of Belgium) given by Belgium to England to carry on the war when Belgium was overrun by Hitler (a little known fact).
Actually, Belgium surrendered after one day, because it was unable to oppose the German invasion, and the Germans bombed Brussels into rubble the next day just to prove they could.

Britain had already been holding out for two years in the face of staggering losses and the near decimation of its Royal Air Force in the Battle of Britain, and was saved from being overrun by Germany only because Hitler made the mistake of thinking the Brits were a relatively minor threat that could be dealt with later. Hitler first turned his attention to Russia in the late summer of 1940 at a time when England was on the verge of collapse.

Ironically, Russia saved America's butt by putting up a desperate fight for two years, until the US got geared up to begin hammering away at Germany.

Russia lost something like 24,000,000 people in the sieges of Stalingrad and Moscow alone . . . 90% of them from cold and starvation, mostly civilians, but also more than a 1,000,000 soldiers
Had Russia surrendered, Hitler would have been able to focus his entire war effort against the Brits, then America. If that had happened, the Nazis could possibly have won the war.

All of this has been brought out to illustrate that turning points in history are often dicey things. Now, we find ourselves at another one of those key moments in history.

There is a very dangerous minority in Islam that either has, or wants, and may soon have, the ability to deliver small nuclear, biological, or chemical weapons, almost anywhere in the world.

The Jihadis, the militant Muslims, are basically Nazis in Kaffiyahs -- they believe that Islam, a radically conservative form of Wahhabi Islam, should own and control the Middle East first, then Europe, then the world. To them, all who do not bow to their way of thinking should be killed, enslaved, or subjugated. They want to finish the Holocaust, destroy Israel, and purge the world of Jews. This is their mantra (goal).

There is also a civil war raging in the Middle East -- for the most part not a hot war, but a war of ideas. Islam is having its Inquisition and its Reformation, but it is not yet known which side will win -- the Inquisitors, or the Reformationists.

If the Inquisition wins, then the Wahhabis, the Jihadis, will control the Middle East, the OPEC oil, and the US, European, and Asian economies.

The techno-industrial economies will be at the mercy of OPEC -- not an OPEC dominated by the educated, rational Saudis of today, but an OPEC dominated by the Jihadis. Do you want gas in your car? Do you want heating oil next winter? Do you want the dollar to be worth anything? You had better hope the Jihad, the Muslim Inquisition, loses, and the Islamic Reformation wins.

If the Reformation movement wins, that is, the moderate Muslims who believe that Islam can respect and tolerate other religions, live in peace with the rest of the world, and move out of the 10th century into the 21st, then the troubles in the Middle East will eventually fade away. A moderate and prosperous Middle East will emerge.

We have to help the Reformation win, and to do that we have to fight the Inquisition, i.e. the Wahhabi movement, the Jihad, Al Qaeda and the Islamic terrorist movements. We have to do it somewhere. We can't do it everywhere at once. We have created a focal point for the battle at a time and place of our choosing . . . in Iraq. Not in New York, not in London, or Paris or Berlin, but in Iraq, where we are doing two important things.

(1) We deposed Saddam Hussein. Whether Saddam Hussein was directly involved in the 9/11 terrorist attack or not, it is undisputed that Saddam has been actively supporting the terrorist movement for decades, Saddam was a terrorist! Saddam was a weapon of mass destruction, responsible for the deaths of probably more than a 1,000,000 Iraqis and 2,000,000 Iranians.

(2) We created a battle, a confrontation, a flash point, with Islamic terrorism in Iraq. We have focused the battle. We are killing bad people, and the ones we get there we won't have to get here. We also have a good shot at creating a democratic, peaceful Iraq, which will be a catalyst for democratic change in the rest of the Middle East, and an outpost for a stabilizing American military presence in the Middle East for as long as it is needed

WW II, the war with the Japanese and German Nazis, really began with a "whimper" in 1928. It did not begin with Pearl Harbor. It began with the Japanese invasion of China. It was a war for fourteen years before the US joined it. It officially ended in 1945 - a 17 year war - and was followed by another decade of US occupation in Germany and Japan to get those countries reconstructed and running on their own again... a 27 year war.

WW II cost the United States an amount equal to approximately a full year's GDP -- adjusted for inflation, equal to about $12 trillion dollars. WW II cost America more than 400,000 soldiers killed in action, and nearly 100,000 still missing in action.

The Iraq war has, so far, cost the United States about $160,000,000,000, which is roughly what the 9/11 terrorist attack cost New York. It has also cost about 3,000 American lives, which is roughly equivalent to lives that the Jihad killed (within the United States) in the 9/11 terrorist attack.

The cost of not fighting and winning WW II would have been unimaginably greater -- a world dominated by Japanese Imperialism and German Nazism.

This is not a 60-Minutes TV show, or a 2-hour movie in which everything comes out okay. The real world is not like that. It is messy, uncertain, and sometimes bloody and ugly.It always has been, and probably always will be.

The bottom line is that we will have to deal with Islamic terrorism until we defeat it, whenever that is. It will not go away if we ignore it
If the US can create a reasonably democratic and stable Iraq, then we have an ally like England in the Middle East, a platform from which we can work to help modernize and moderate the Middle East. The history of the world is the clash between the forces of relative civility and civilization, and the barbarians clamoring at the gates to conquer the world.

The Iraq War is merely another battle in this ancient and never ending war. Now, for the first time ever, the barbarians are about to get nuclear weapons. That is unless somebody prevents them from getting them.

We have four options:

1. We can defeat the Jihad now, before it gets nuclear weapons.

2. We can fight the Jihad later, after it gets nuclear weapons (which may be as early as next year, if Iran’s progress on nuclear weapons is what Iran claims it is).

3. We can surrender to the Jihad and accept its dominance in the Middle East now; in Europe in the next few years or decades, and ultimately in America.

4. We can stand down now, and pick up the fight later when the Jihad is more widespread and better armed, perhaps after the Jihad has dominated France and Germany and possibly most of the rest of Europe. It will, of course, be more dangerous, more expensive, and much bloodier.

If you oppose this war, I hope you like the idea that your children, or grandchildren, may live in an Islamic America under the Mullahs and the Sharia, an America that resembles Iran today.

The history of the world is the history of civilization clashes, cultural clashes. All wars are about ideas, ideas about what society and civilization should be like, and the most determined always win.
Those who are willing to be the most ruthless always win. The pacifists always lose, because the anti-pacifists kill them.
Remember, perspective is every thing, and America's schools teach too little history for perspective to be clear, especially in the young American mind.

The Cold War lasted from about 1947 at least until the Berlin Wall came down in 1989; forty-two years.

War II began in 1928, lasted 17 years, plus a ten year occupation, and the US still has troops in Germany and Japan. World War II resulted in the death of more than 50,000,000 people, maybe more than 100,000,000 people, depending on which estimates you accept.

The US has taken more than 3,000 killed in action in Iraq… The US took more than 4,000 killed in action on the morning of June 6, 1944, the first day of the Normandy Invasion to rid Europe of Nazi Imperialism.

In WW II the US averaged 2,000 KIA a week -- for four years. Most of the individual battles of WW II lost more Americans than the entire Iraq war has done so far.

The stakes are at least as high. A world dominated by representative governments with civil rights, human rights, and personal freedoms-or a world dominated by a radical Islamic Wahhabi movement, by the Jihad, under the Mullahs and the Sharia (Islamic law).

It's difficult to understand why the average American does not grasp this. They favor human rights, civil rights, liberty and freedom, but evidently not for Iraqis.

"Peace Activists" always seem to demonstrate here in America, where it's safe.

Why don't we see Peace Activist demonstrating in Iran, Syria, Iraq, Sudan, North Korea, in the places that really need peace activism the most? I'll tell you why! They would be killed!

The liberal mentality is supposed to favor human rights, civil rights, democracy, multiculturalism, diversity, etc., but if the Jihad wins, wherever the Jihad wins, it is the end of civil rights, human rights, democracy, multiculturalism, diversity, etc.
Americans who oppose the liberation of Iraq are coming down on the side of their own worst enemy!

This is a historical aspect of Gnosticism vs Religion. This posting is not a Bible Class or a anti-Bible Class. I am not wanting to degrade or talk down Christianity or any religion. What I want to do is show the history behind the original believes vs man made religion. Gnosticism is more of an ideology of someone personal believes then a do and don't faith that religion brings out. Truth be told, there are no rules behind true faith.

This does not mean that it is anti-organized or any form of a chaotic system. There are many that might say that gnosticism is a form of a corrupt Christianity. This is the main purpose of this blog posting. The Early Christianity is gnosticism. Before Constantine turned Christianity to what it is today, all faith/religion was under the gnostic ideology.

Who was Constantine?

What was the Council of Nicaea all about?

Christianity started long before Constantine, and was a very small group of people, so they could not have cause any strife against Rome. Just the same Rome tortured and murdered the Early Christians in the name of tyranny. What Constantine turned Christianity into was the result of the Dark Ages. In the new name of The Lord Jesus Christ, people were tortured and eventually murdered just because they did not believe by Roman ideologies.

Let me start at the beginning. Long before Judaism and Christianity, all faiths/believe systems were gnostic or mystical. Mysticism is the means of something that is not real to tell concept behind a story. Another words what does reality have to do with faith? Does not the Christian Bible state "Faith is not my sight?" This does not mean blind faith.

There are two realities in life, spiritualism and what we can experience by our five senses, or knowledge. Man made religion, like Christianity today, tries to control others by false moralities. In most cases the "dos and don'ts" are excuses to tell others how to live. The few leaders of the religion ends up turning the gnostic faith into an oligarchy. There is nothing wrong with having morals and other disciplines, but when they are turned into tool of destroying freedoms then protecting it, then that is wrong.

All the pagan faith that Christians these days ridicule and talk very bad against has everything to do with Christianity. That is another thing about man made religion, it destroys or distorts reality. Wars have been caused my religion. There are not wars started in the name of gnosticism.....not one! Since Christianity is a big religion today, what is the history of Christianity? As I have stated, Christianity went far beyond Rome and Constantine. It started with the Jews, or better yet the Old Testament. Today, a lot believed that the Jews were monotheism. Historians have proven here lately, they were not that way at first. It was much, much later when radical Judaism forced the "one God' ideology on their followers.

In reality, Christianity is not a true monotheism. They have the Trinity: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. What makes polytheism so powerful? Why have man worshipped/fellowship with more then one Deity? If faith is not by sight, then it is a reality far, far beyond any understandings. The multitude of Gods and Goddesses is the means to better understand the different aspects of gnosticism. That is why today, Christianity has the Trinity. Their faith is far too large to just choose one of the three.

The polytheism does not stop there. The Christian Bible has recorded many characteristics of God. Each one is a worship in itself. That is how powerful even the Christian faith today. Either by having numerous Gods and Goddesses or names of God's character is still the same, polytheism.

So when and where did gnosticism start? To tell you the truth, no one really knows, but there is good evidence that it started with ancient Egypt. A lot is historians strongly believes that Christians plagiarized of of the ancient Egyptians believes. Due to that, a number of historians believe that the story of Jesus is a myth.

There is also many that believe that the devil in Christianity is myth. Come right down to it, all faiths are myths, including Horus and Isis. Because they are real in the physical sight, should not mean that we cannot believe in them. Even with early man, a faith system has been proven to have existed. It was much later after the development of early man, but they did believe in beings higher then themselves.

The history of faith in something higher then ourselves has gone far beyond civilization. It proves a point, one can believe without knowledge or understandings. All one needs to there is something more to life then our mere existence.

I know that I have written and have added the first video of several, but I have found this video that I believe to be the best of the video that I have seen on the aftermath of the Jewish Holocaust. I will have all six parts on this blog posting. I do this to allow people of the 21st Century to never ever at any time forget the horrors of what these human beings went through so it will never happen again to anyone else, PERIOD!

Before you start to watch all six videos, keep in your mind that these people that died and survived are/were human beings. No matter who a person may be, they do not have the right to go through what these people went through. We need to always remember. Once we forget, it just may happen again.

After reading this blog, I was very excited to read on the history of Thanksgiving. From this article, I can rightfully state it is about the only major holiday that has nothing to do with any form of religion. There is nothing wrong with religion. I have mine and you all have yours. My point, to be thankful should be a non-religion thing. Maybe we can personally be thankful for our faith. That is the point, faith is a personal thing.

For this Thanksgiving 2008, we all need to consider the ones that were attacked in Mumbai. It is ironic that there is a new moon/dark moon, which symbolizes a new birth. After this attack the starting point on this new birth is not starting off all that good. Just the same there is hope. Where there is life there is always hope for all.

What we can do in the United States of America is to write our Congressman/woman and get them to work hard on the alternate fuel consumption. Where do we buy oil from that we get gasoline? Every time we go to the gas pump, we give these terrorist money. I strongly believe that once we stop using gasoline as fuel, these terrorist that has attacked the USA on September 11, 2001 and Mumbai on November 27, 2008 will loose a great deal of money and just might go bankrupt from it all Terrorist cannot do what they do without the money they take from countries that uses oil.

Once the USA perfects the use of alternate fuel, then we should help our allies with the same fuel. The only true way we can stop global terrorism is by taking away they assets. If we do not do something soon in stopping these people, we might go into another Dark Age, which is run and controlled by these terrorist. We can prevent this from happening now!

We hear it all the time. This is a war that we should never forget. Every year, we are reminded about this war on June 6, the D-Day Victory. For the most part we see the war itself through battle scenes and the like, but what do we really need to remember? Why is this war so important?

The answer is very simple. It is innocent people that died. Thousands upon thousands upon thousands upon thousands upon thousands have died in Nazi Concentration camps. These people were human being no different then you or I. No matter who they were or what they might have done, no one deserves what these people went through.

That is why we should never ever by any means forget this war. After watching these video segments, one might be very perplexed on how other human beings can do these horrible things to other human beings. The reason for not forgetting this war is to make sure it does not happen again to anyone ever! No one should not have to go through anything close to what these human beings went through.

Believe it or not, the history of Ancient Egypt is very important. This is one of the first ancient civilizations in human history. The nation lasted for 3,000 years. The marvel of what they did and how they lived is breathe taking.

To this day, we fully do not know how they created the pyramids. There is a lot of things archeologist still do not know about these people over 5,000 years ago. The marvel of mankind. With all the modern technologies and we cannot figure out how the successfully mummified their dead. That is saying a lot on how great these people were. It is also very important that we preserve the past as much as we can.

In the very, very short time civilized man has been on this planet, we have done a great many things. There are a great many more things mankind can do to day if they remove all the hatred they have for someone that is different as race, gender, faith/religion. Why not stop all this hatred and work together to preserve our ancient history. I can tell say this for certain, "It is worth preserving."
